Calvin Wright
In 2018, Calvin Wright launched CW Design Works with a vision for a design first design-build firm that creates thoughtful residential spaces and elevates the standard for Southern home design and construction. Calvin's years of experience in the residential design world highlighted the need for an integrated design build process.
Calvin is an adept listener and strives to be both a practical designer and a creative builder.
Calvin grew up in Easley, SC, one of six siblings. He earned his Architecture degree from Clemson University.
Calvin enjoys studying his craft and loves to read all things design, construction, and business related. He loves spending time with his family in nature and mountain biking with friends. He serves his community as a member of the Baptist Easley Hospital Foundation Board.

Becky Wright
Facilitating client experiences behind-the-scenes at CW Design Works, Becky brings her expertise in process management as well as her gifts in communication from her background in Pediatric Medicine to the business of homebuilding.
Becky grew up in Summerville, SC, earning her BS in Biology from Wofford College. She earned her MD from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric Residency in 2014. Becky left the medical field in 2023 to explore the next phase of her professional work with her husband, Calvin.
Becky lends her organizational expertise to CW Design Works and to homeschooling the couple’s three sons. She loves hiking, traveling, and writing and makes time to enjoy birding and hosting family and friends in the Wrights’ South Carolina home.

Carmelo Rodriguez
Carmelo brings more than twelve years of construction experience to CW Design Works, beginning his journey after graduating with National Honors from Carolina High School and Academy in Greenville, where he learned that, “Nothing worth doing is ever easy.”
Carmelo takes pride in studying his craft each day, leading crews and ensuring that every detail of the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Originally from the small town of Las Pilas, Mexico, Carmelo credits his family, church, and friends with helping him get where he is today. He enjoys attending church, spending time with his family, and playing soccer. As time permits, he loves finding projects around his home to beautify his space for his wife and three children.

Caroline Rogers
Caroline is a residential designer committed to the creation of beautiful, functional spaces that reflect the personality and lifestyle of each client. Fueled by a passion for thoughtful design and a belief that the home environment should enhance the lives of its inhabitants, Caroline enjoys a design process that highlights the character of existing homes and curates character in new homes.
​ Caroline grew up in South Carolina and earned her BA in Interior Architecture and Design in 2022.
​ When not at work, Caroline enjoys tackling her own home improvement projects. She also enjoys hikes with her husband in the Blue Ridge Mountains and gardening. She takes great pride in her indoor plant collection. Caroline uses her love of nature to fuel inspiration for home design that connects seamlessly to the outdoors.
